Xueying met me at my house, and we went out together.
LOL her estimation to reach vivo within 30 mins was totally off! or maybe it's because Carissa and her had planned for us to be late.... Hmmmm.
okay but we reached and started to whatsapp carissa, when she suddenly told us to look for a note at the pillar near standard chartered bank. I was like: huh what? Then I figured out that it was a birthday surprise. <3
first note:
Okay I didn't have time to take all 3 notes at that point of time, but this note above made me rummage through potted plants like a crazy person, the next one made me walk around a plant display looking for the little clue, and the last one made xueying & I take out all the Magic chocolate boxes from coldstorage while the other shoppers looked at us like we were insane. LOL BUT FINALLY CARISSA POPPED OUT WITH:
MEET MY BOYFRIEND; BOBBY!
& ALSO A SLICE OF STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE FROM FOURLEAVES <3

we bought long john silvers and also tickets for the sentosa monorail, and off to sentosa siloso beach we go!
the sky looked super gloomy so we decided to have our picnic in the shelter. And we were damn lucky because it started to rain after 10 minutes!
xueying brought fishballs and seaweed chicken! (nomnomnom) while I brought grapes and cream puffs again LOL
The 3 notes!
I decided to go walk around the beach and snap some photos first!
and xueying took photos of me while i headed back to the shelter HAHAHA
Took some more photos while we just sat in the shade, away from the scorching sun!
Finally we decided to leave the shade and walk on the beach like beachgirls!
LOL it was so damn sunny I had to wear my shades......
I think I was like: EH XUEYING HURRY TAKE ARTISTIC SHOTS OF ME! WTH :D

okay when carissa started using her umbrella all of us realized that it was seriously too damn warm so we walked back to where the airconditioned places were hahahahaha #failedbeachgirls
but hey! at least I got a mini tan!
washing our feet there LOL is that for feet washing or it's a deco thing? we would never know......
Finally found macdonalds and enjoyed the aircon there while studying the sentosa for other places to go. Conclusion: sentosa is actually damn boring. Oh the joys of living in a really small country.
finally decided to go on the luge and skyride. BEST DECISION MADE CAUSE IT'S DAMN FUN!
We bought tickets for 3 skyride&luge rides for $20, and it was such a steal!

The Luge!!! I still can't believe that I actually held onto a disney princess balloon while riding the luge HAHAHA the people working there all recognized me miles away! One guy even wished me a happy belated birthday when he knew my birthday was on the next day :D #FRIENDLYGUYSROCK
Finally the rides ended and we took our last few photos there! Oh yeah we bought the last photo on the skyride as a souvenir!

trained to the merlion to take photos like a tourist.
Even asked some tourists to help us take a group shot hahaha!
Finally grew bored of sentosa and trained back to vivo for dinner!
We changed into our more "formal" clothes and had to force xueying to change!
went to secret recipe for dinner!
then they surprised me with cakes and a candle! YAY FINALLY I CAN HAVE CANDLES HAHAHA!
my fav cake of all time, classico cheesecake!
after our super full dinner, we decided to head to the rooftop for photos, but apparently it was too dark :(
SO WE WENT INDOORS FOR SELCAS HAHAHA
as you can see, I have a mosquito bite on my neck HAHAHAHAHA UNGLAM
And finally it was time for us to leave :(
WE GOT PHOTOBOMBED BY THIS GUY HAHAHAHAHA!
carissa left since she was taking the bus and xueying&i took the mrt
overall it was an awesome day and I am so thankful to have met carissa( the one perk of working) & so glad that xueying is still my friend for millions of years!
